Major Objectives
Main Objectives of the SERVInnov Project:
The SERVInnov project aims to strengthen, expand, and disseminate Innovation Support Services (ISS) to foster innovations that significantly contribute to food security and improve agri-food systems. The project seeks to enhance the effectiveness of ISS provided by a variety of actors.
The specific objectives of the project include:
- Assess existing Innovation Support Services in terms of providers, services offered, and types of interventions.
- Analyze the relevance and efficiency of these services in addressing innovation challenges in Burkina Faso, Cameroon, and Madagascar.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of current ISS and develop strategies to fill gaps through new competencies or better organization of existing services.
- Promote collaboration between service providers and policymakers to create a supportive environment for innovation.
