Rural Femmes

Training and empowering women for smart, sustainable, inclusive rural life.

RuralFemmes is an Erasmus+ project that brings together partners from four European countries to improve and expand the availability of high-quality learning programs.

The aim of the project is to support women in rural areas in developing and promoting a tailored training and coaching program. The program is designed to address the everyday work and personal challenges, as well as the needs, of rural women with varying qualifications. The local learning opportunities focus particularly on topics such as digitalization, sustainable agriculture, bioeconomy, and entrepreneurship.

In addition, the project supports the establishment and development of national think tanks. These aim to shed light on the current situation of rural women, bring together scientific and practical expertise, and communicate the project outcomes.
