RuralFemmes is an Erasmus+ project that brings together partners from 4 European countries to improve and expand the provision of quality adult learning programmes.
The project aims to support rural women in developing and promoting a tailor-made training and coaching programme.
The programme concept is geared towards the daily work and private life challenges, as well as needs of rural women of different qualifications. The training is focused on digitalisation, sustainable agriculture, bioeconomy and entrepreneurship.
In addition, the project supports the establishment and development of national think tanks. This will shed light on the current situation of rural women, bring together scientific and practical expertise and communicate the project results.
