Major Objectives
Main Objective of EU4Advice:
The EU4Advice project aims to establish a robust network of Short Food Supply Chain (SFSC) advisors, policymakers, researchers, and farmers across Europe. Its primary goal is to strengthen the Agricultural Knowledge and Innovation Systems (AKIS) by integrating SFSC advisors into national frameworks. By doing so, EU4Advice seeks to promote sustainable and empowering SFSC models, aligning with the objectives of the Farm to Fork Strategy. These models offer a promising alternative to globalized food systems, aiming to empower both producers and consumers, reduce environmental impacts, and enhance the competitiveness of the agri-food sector.
