Dr Olga Koroed

Olga Koroed is a research assistant at the Chair of Communication and Advisory Services in Rural Areas at the University of Hohenheim. Her academic career and research activities are characterized by a deep interest in agricultural sociology and the associated strategic management processes. During her PhD, she focused on exploring incentive and control mechanisms within effective pay systems in Russian agriculture. Through her work as a consultant in plant breeding, she discovered her passion for experimentation and knowledge transfer. She is particularly interested in understanding the factors that promote these processes and in identifying the components of an optimal infrastructure for knowledge transfer.
