Testing and improving team work skills [18.11.25]
From 14 to 16 November, 56 students of the Bioeconomy study programme participated in an intensive teamwork training. Working in small groups, the participants completed a series of assignments designed to provide hands-on experience with key elements of effective teamwork. The training covered topics such as initiating and managing creativity processes, setting and pursuing objectives, planning and implementation, allocating and assuming roles, facilitation, the use of visualisation techniques, and time management. In addition, students learned how to deal with challenges arising from team interactions and task-related demands.
Each assignment was followed by a structured reflection phase, allowing participants to reflect on their experiences, analyse underlying causes, and draw conclusions for subsequent tasks. A variety of energizers and warm-up activities in between ensured high energy levels and contributed to a positive, engaging, and dynamic learning environment.
